Secretary Clinton, Haitian Prime Minister Bellerive, the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Financial Corporation, World Bank and Sae-A Trading Co. Ltd. sign a MOU to support economic development in Haiti.
Secretary Clinton, French Foreign Minister Kouchner and Haitian Prime Minister Bellerive sign a MOU committing to cooperate with the Government of Haiti in the reconstruction and expansion of the Hopital Universitaire d’Etat d’Haiti.
