The very lovely SOS Hillary Clinton was the Lady in Red today, and I say YAY! YAY, to the return of the monochromatic pantsuit! YAY, to the bright color that looks beautiful on her! Yay to the two necklaces, too!
We see her here with Maldivian Foreign Minister Ahmed Naseem and with her “date of the day,” Russia’s Sergei Lavrov with whom she signed several valuable agreements. Enjoy!

Her “date of the day” is one crabby fellow and a hard nut to crack. Although, I think that he likes Hillary a lot better than Condi, he despised her.

I didn’t miss the monochomatic suits. That red jacket would look beautiful with a coordinating blouse and a well tailored pair of trousers. Add some cute shoes and a great handbag and she’d look alright.l

I keep forgetting how short she is. Anyway, I think my idea would still work. Short can be cute. If she has to do the monochome thing, my favorite suit of hers is the one in the “Politics & Foreign Policy” sidebar block. It reminds me of was the President wears in Battlestar Galactica. I like that character and think that her having the same style as a lady president, fictional though she may be, is something I found interesting.
