There is no text or video available right now, but there are a few pictures to share. I know the Hillary Network has been concerned for her and is missing her, so here is a brief Hillary-Fix from her appearance this evening at the National Democratic Institute’s 2011 Democracy Awards Dinner in Washington. She looks wonderful.
When my mom died, I needed to buy something to wear. My sister told me that mom would want me to look pretty. Our moms always want us to look pretty. Hillary does. Very pretty. Beautiful, as always, in fact. As always, Dorothy is very proud of her .. I am sure.
It’s so good to see that smile! Thank you, Still! 🙂

It’s good to finally see her. Thanks for the pics.
It seems that on Saturday the Clintons went to see their nephew Zach Rodham play football. Chelsea and her husband were there too. I’m glad that they had some lighthearted times this past week.

Bill Clinton did an interview about his book and he was (of course) asked about the woman who shares a last name with him. It was interesting. I seems like he’s not telling us something.

Yes, I got that same feeling. There was a lengthy silence when Bill was asked about Hillary’s political future– it was like a Clinton code version of a Shaker hymn.

i think part of that is, he wants to let her speak for herself on these kinds of questions. he doesn’t want to make headlines that say, “Bill:Hillary will never run again for president.”
BTW, I loved hearing him say she “absolutely” would be a great president.

Love your analogy! I also love how everybody (almost everybody) is making predictions all over the place. They should know by now that they will end up with egg on their faces. Karen Finney was the only smart one who didn’t predict although she did say “this guy” and “this guy” – I don’t think she really meant to say that.

Are you refering to the preditions about who the Republican nominee will end up being?

Karen was talking about the top of the two tickets. Guess she had already written Bachmann off. (Don’t blame her. She’s very likely correct if that is what she meant.)

We are ⅓ of the way through November. I hate to dampen hopes, but I think one ticket is decided unless something completely out of the blue comes along.

According to an accurate psychic something completely out of the blue erases Obama from the ticket. She does not see the replacement. (Elizabeth Joyce – accurate on Obama’s 2008 election.)

I’m a non-believer on that front, too, but the whole astrology thing worked for Nancy Reagan.

She ran the country based on that for at least two years. Nancy was probably our first woman POTUS.

His tone of voice changes when he talks about his wife and he doesn’t look at the interviewers as much. It’s like he’s envisioning her in front of him.
