I read Hillary moved up the departure and left yesterday before the storm was here. She was smart to do that because if she had waited until this afternoon there would have been no way her plane could have gone anywhere. D.C. is nothing like NY or NJ, but it’s been raining here since yesterday afternoon and the wind picked up around lunchtime.
