The former U.S. secretary of state and Yale Law School graduate will be presented with the award on Aug. 12 at the ABA’s annual meeting in San Francisco.
“For Hillary Clinton’s immense accomplishments as a lawyer, the strides she made for women both professionally and civically, and for promoting the interests of the U.S. and human rights abroad, she not only deserves this honor, but also the gratitude of the legal profession and the nation,” said ABA President Laurel G. Bellows in a press release.
I was just gonna comment on this another one where do Bill and Hill keep all their awards?

Honestly, I think his are at his Presidential Center, but there was one video of Hillary awhile back that looked like it was shot at her house – library or dining room – and leaning against the wall behind her was that spear thing with feathers that a women’s group in NY gave her. So I guess her awards are at the house.

The awards are all wonderful especially at this time. It takes the attention away from the lies told by a certain network since October. People who believed some of what they said and thought it must be true if it is on teevee, can now let the lies go and see that all these organizations know otherwise.
She didn’t deserve the attacks but boy, oh, boyshe sure deserves lots of awards. And if she choses to run, she deserves top job more than anybody who has come before her.
And of course, isn’t it like her to be more than qualified? lol.
(btw – I have been out of town for a week and have a battery problem with my kindlefire so will have lots to catch up on my computer today.)

The wingnuts continue, every time she is honored, to bring up the “B” word. It’s all they have.

Thanks, Rachel. It was a good read. Hillary was already impressive in 1969.
