Think he misses her at the State Department much?

Obama and Clinton will meet for a lunch in the president’s private dining room, the White House announced Sunday. Their meeting will be closed to the press.
Clinton stepped down on as secretary of state on Feb. 1, after serving for four years as the nation’s top diplomat. In the weeks following her departure from the State Department, Obama hosted Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, at a private dinner at the White House.
Obama doesn’t invite people just for the heck of it. I wonder why he invited Hillary to lunch. Could he have something he wants her help with, some undertaking?
I’m very curious about this lunch.

Interesting – on a side note, the inspired-by-Hillary drama “Political Animals” is now live-streaming on Netflix…yay!

I hated that show. The only thing I liked was that the Weaver character liked the elephants. Oddly, I saw the actor who played the husband in two different movies last night and he bears an odd resemblance to Hugh Rodham at that age.

Hillary has to save the world. Again.
I don’t think it is about ’16. Biden and Bill were close enough that they could speak openly about whether or not he should declare based of course on whether or not he will be an instant “also ran” if she steps up. So I don’t think it is BO asking her if she’s going to toss her hat in. Bill and Hill can do as they please and when they please, they’ve earned that right in that party.
I remember when BO chose Biden – most of us groaned and laughed but not Bill. Bill professed his love for Joe and said it was a fantastic choice. I can still hear him saying like “I know one thing, I LOVE Joe Biden” when he was asked for his opinion of JB as VP candidate.
I’d like to be a fly on the wall for that lunch.
