Following her Trifecta (Golden Globe, Academy Award, BAFTA) for her portrayal of Margaret Thatcher, Mary Louise Streep blew Hillary Clinton away with this tribute at the 2012 Women in the World Summit in New York City.
Hillary remarked that she was glad Meryl had not made a movie called “The Devil Wears Pantsuits.”
Later this month, at the Sixth Annual Women in the World Summit, yet another powerhouse of stage and screen will join Team Hillary-Meryl.
Dame Helen Mirren, who has garnered the same three awards as Streep for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II in the 2006 film The Queen, and currently plays Elizabeth Windsor once again to wide acclaim in The Audience on Broadway, will lend her considerable talent to the event.
The Summit will take place from April 22 – 24 at the David H. Koch Theater and promises to be the hottest ticket in town. A portion of all ticket proceeds will benefit Vital Voices Global Partnership.
Here is a sneak peek at part of the schedule.

Wow, what an event! Might be a great time to announce her candidacy.
Of course, Chris Matthews and his ilk would start whinging that “she has to be President of all the people, not just women.
They can sod off.

Tweety was brutal towards her, then indifferent and smirky, then brutal again, and as you say forever whinging. I saw a few clips lately where he almost seems to be on the HRC bandwagon. I do not trust him a bit but he might have been sobered up in a CDS 12 step program enforced on him by a network that is tanking due to stupid hosts with ignorant statements…

I just came across an ad by something named Blue Answers called Hillary Today 2016 and it is some kind of PAC which is not endorsed by anyone but uses a symbol close to the RFH logo. Looks like a scam group – web site is nothing but a donate page.
The official campaign will be up soon enough and hopefully people are saving their pennies to give at least 20.16 to celebrate.

I checked them out but couldn’t find out who they are. There are a dozen pacs registered with Hillary’s name, and of course legit ones like PrioritiesUSA but Blue Answers is something mysterious so far.
