With today’s vote to restrict a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions, Republicans in Congress have made it abundantly clear where their priorities lie:
Instead of helping everyday Americans and their families, these politicians are trying to take women back more than 40 years.
I’ll stand up for women and our right to access reproductive health care. Will you join me?
This bill puts women’s health and rights at risk. It undermines the role doctors play in personal health care decisions, and it burdens survivors of sexual assault.
It also follows a dangerous trend we are witnessing across the country. In just the first three months of 2015, more than 300 bills have been introduced in state legislatures — on top of the nearly 30 introduced in Congress — that restrict access to abortion.
Republicans won’t lift a finger to ensure paid family leave or increase access to quality childcare, but apparently they’ll waste time and taxpayer money to try and get between a woman and her doctor.
I’ve stood up for women and families my entire career. Safeguarding women’s reproductive health and rights is critical and deeply connected to building stronger families and a stronger America.

Whenever the A word comes up in a debate or interview, male Dems always flinch, fumble through their stock answer, and give every indication of wanting to move on to the next question. With Hillary, it will be very different. She is willing to fight this fight and is well prepared to do so. One very big reason women’s reproductive rights are under assault is because male Democrats have given only lip service to the cause for far too long. And, unfortunately, most of our candidates and elected officials have been male for far too long.

For 50 some odd years (longer out of the headlines) we’ve been raging this battle and it is always one step forward, one step back. Things will change, women are waking up again. There is a wave coming – they have pushed to far and will be shoved back. The more they push the more she will shine.
OT – this is very important. GOP FOR SANDERS. BIG TIME! Just like Rush did for obama against Hillary this is going on again. Spread the truth of what they are doing. When Bernie gets big bucks it will be Koch money:

I am just so glad I had a post ready to go on a word document page and instead of posting it anywhere I hit delete after you caught my error.
I have spent weeks getting credibility at websites on Hillary information, and that would have really hurt – knocked me down a bunch of pegs.
I only mentioned it here quick first because it upset me the Koch bros were backing Bernie. PHEW. It would have went to Hillary anyway when he dropped out eventually, if it was true…
