Grateful to spend time today with mothers who have lost a child to violence and turned their grief into a national call to action. -H

While in Chicago discussing the way forward, another child dies from gun violence just miles away. Devastating. https://t.co/3mXyMSTsxk -H

She would NEVER have allowed social safety nets to be "on the table."
"... ratify the Law of the Sea Convention, which has provided the international framework for exploring these new opportunities in the Arctic. We abide by the international law that undergirds the convention, but we think the United States should be a member, because the convention sets down the rules of the road that protect freedom of navigation, provide maritime security, serve the interests of every nation that relies on sea lanes for commerce and trade, and also sets the framework for exploration for the natural resources that may be present in the Arctic." -HRC, 06-03-12, Tromso Norway

Gun violence is so rampant now and is a daily part of life everywhere. I read McAuliffe talked about it on a talk show last night as one of his key issues for years. Virginia is paying attention to this issue and I have long considered it urgent so I am very relieved to see it prominent.

The big old cheetoes is having a straw poll and they are tied with 3365 votes cast at 48% each. So it is not like 2008 when Hillary supporters up and left.
I can’t stand the place but lurk now and then. Go vote and spread it on our boards.
