Hillary was passionate and specific speaking to voters in Wilmington, Delaware today. She outlined plans for bringing 21st century jobs to the state. Nothing Hillary plans is ever vague or one-dimensional. Her plans for Course go hand-in-hand with aligning education and job training with business and industry. She called for broader community college tech programs and the institution of apprenticeships.
