We just won Washington, D.C.! Grateful to everyone who voted.
And it’s a SWEEP! Thank you so much D.C. Voters for coming out! Hillary took all eight wards! At LEAST 36 delegates! D.C. rocks! Way to bring it home BIG for Hillary! Way to make history!
Congratulate Hillary with a donation if you can!

This is SO WONDERFUL. She’s the BEST! And, the guy behind her is as well. There will be Trump bumps ahead, but together WE can get her to White House!

BS asking for a meeting to go over his demands just further shows how ill equipped he is.
He’s lost 8 of the last 11 contests. Hillary is up 12% over Trump. She’s been endorsed by Obama and Warren. What exactly does Hillary need from him?
A good negotiation would have been after NY. See the writing on the wall, but use the leverage you still have.
And okay. Super delegates are gone. You still lost. The adjusted magic number would 2050. Hillary has more than that.

And there’s this. No party unity from him. Why isn’t he there? On the job?

It didn’t seem to go unnoticed on Twitter that as the filibuster was going on his campaign was tweeting about billionaires/Wall Street. Seems to be the only thing he really knows how to talk about.
My personal favourite:
@JenKirkman: Did Bernie Sanders stop at marching with MLK? Feels he doesn’t need to show up to filibuster? Not very revolutionary.

Way back when I taught high school English – during student teaching, in fact – I chose to use A Separate Peace by John Knowles. The main character describes a schoolmate as someone who stayed stuck at his moment of glory. The peak of his life. Bernie is stuck in 1965 and will never budge. There has been no progress since then in his view. Sad. Actually, so many of us have our retirement tied up in Wall St. now. I guess he just doesn’t know.
