Having slept past his stop on the train, Bernie Sanders refuses to get off. He is a sleeper cell within the Democratic party.
Bernie Sanders vows to continue campaign, even though Hillary Clinton will likely win Democratic nomination: ‘We’ve got to keep the vision of transforming this country’
His destination is no longer the White House, but Bernie knows where he’s going.
In a blazing hour-and-a-half speech entitled “Where We Go From Here,” an unremitting Bernie Sanders fired up a crowd of 1,500 Thursday at the historic Town Hall in Midtown.
“Our call from day one has been transform this nation,” Sanders said. “And that is the fight we are going to continue.”
Newsflash! If he had listened to anything Hillary said in any of the debates (he was too busy shaking his finger and trying to interrupt her), he would have known that she has not only a vision but also a plan to transform the country that coincides well with his aspirations and those of his supporters whom he has poisoned against her. He evidently told Stephen Colbert tonight that he would not endorse Hillary.
Newsflash! The Revolution began without you, Bernie!

Was this:

The Democratic Party is unified. We know our values, our agenda, and we know who the real leaders are. You joined. Either get on board or just get off the train, but don’t blow it up in the process.
To be fair he did show up at the Dem protest, but when they acknowledged him, I couldn’t tell if he was a deer in the headlight, or wanting the accolades. Maybe he was trying to reach John Lewis and it was just too far. It was sad or under-cooked or something.

I know, and I did see his votes in the Senate. But he is not on the train when the next day he goes in front of his people and a TV audience and does this.

He was there for about 8 minutes. My guess is that he found out the cameras were off.

I noticed that in all of his speech making the past week, Bernie really didn’t get involved in the gun control filibuster or the sit-in – when he could have. His involvement was minimal to say the least. I suspect his strange quietness on this was due to the fact that Hillary beat him on the gun issue during the primary and campaigned openly with the Mothers’ Movement. She made gun control a voting issue during the primary and it helped her for the most part, especially with people of color. Bernie didn’t capture those voters. Anyway, he doesn’t seem to have the same enthusiasm about the guns issue as he does for the Wall Street issue.

Sanders is a nasty man. He should have never run on the Democratic ticket. He used our party. How dare him not endorse our girl. He makes me sick.

Sanders, was on Morning Joe and said he would vote for Hillary. However he not ready to endorse her. He is wanting to make Hillary move closer to his agenda. Bernie please understand, Hillary is running on her own agenda not yours.

Bernie is not a team player, that’s for sure. I think his actions lately are strange, to be frank. I know he wants to continue with his ideas and give his supporters a voice, but I also think his ego is getting in the way. He really does seem bitter, to me, about losing the nomination. It’s almost as if he thinks he should have won, if only all the primaries were open ones. He doesn’t admit or care to see that his winning caucus states depended on voter exclusion and low turn out. So I think he’s disingenuous in this regard. And I like closed primaries – Democrats choosing Democrats. I don’t want Democrats for a day having influence in the nominating process. I like many of Bernie’s ideas as I am a progressive myself on many issues, but I am disappointed in his refusal to get behind Hillary and acknowledge the historical nature of her candidacy. It’s unfortunate and I think Hillary deserves better.

Funny he just can’t bring himself to endorse a woman who beat him. He was quick enough to endorse Obama in ’08 and Obama wasn’t any more progressive than Hillary is now–in fact, he was less so.
I’m very tired of hearing him insist his agenda is better than hers and must replace hers. YOU LOST!

He missed his moment. I think every day that goes by, his leverage weakens. I mean, an hour and a half speech?? The ego on this guy is unbelievable.
