   Hillary was treated so unfairly from so many quarters. Bernie and his free college drove me crazy. The kids don’t realize that all colleges wouldn’t be free; it would only be for state schools.

   She very subtly manages to liken Bernie to “a deranged hitchhiker”. Talk about throwing shade! I can’t wait to get my copy of this book. The guy who tweeted out the excerpts says there’s more where that came from, but he didn’t want to undercut sales by giving too much away. Just teasers.

   These are the types of arguments which were thrown at Hillary daily for the sole purpose of confusing and confounding people to who she really is. The media left Bernie alone because he was no threat to the power elite. They knew they could flick him off like lint on a coat.

   I am totally disgusted with the democratic party’s embracing of sanders (who has done nothing for the dem party in his looooonnnng tenure in the very establishment he supposedly hates. He has never followed through for his followers with his so-called “revolution” which was all window dressing for his followers to distract from who he “really” is. Being male, he could get away with this BS because we all know Hillary wouldn’t have been able to BS the people like sanders or trump and get away with it. Needless to say, I am sick of sanders because I knew who he really was when he hypocritically decided to run for president as a democrat. It was all about power and entitlement that he, trump, biden and other white males who have more or less told Hillary to sit down and shut up. NO! We need Hillary’s voice now more than ever because none of these guys have led or inspired the American people like Hillary has for decades. It is they who should sit down and shut up.

   America’s dirty little secret about the power elites’ hatred towards women AND blacks is out in the open since this election and we cannot let it go underground again now that they’ve gotten Hillary out of the way. We can no longer ignore it, feel helpless to ever ending it any longer. Instead, we must face it down every time they use sexism to hold women back and speak out as a group that we are mad as hell and we are not going to take it anymore! I believe the newly founded news media platform “VERRIT” will help us do just that.

   When I registered to participate in Verrit, I was overwhelmed with the unbelievable response and heart felt comments from those Hillary supporters who made it clear that they were still here and still supported Hillary and always would. I am proud to have been part of that group. I would love to know where I can buy the hat they showed on the site saying “I’m Still Here” on it!

   So, don’t ever again let anyone try to convince you that Hillary was not a popular candidate and was not likeable enough…because it was clear from all of those heartfelt messages that she is beloved and respected and has a loyal base much larger than trumps. HILLARY DID NOT LET US DOWN, SO, LET’S NOT LET HILLARY DOWN!

   I still don’t know how you argue against this kind of progression. Hillary took a Socratic (Jesuit/rabbinical) route by asking questions. The next step was vast and faulty generalization from Bernie and then an even faultier interpretation by his supporters. I realize that this model was a Facebook hypothetical, but I have been in arguments with people using exactly this model and I don’t know how to get people to stick to what you said rather than spin it into absurdity.

     I have learned in the last few days that there is, in fact, an 11th commandment: Thou shalt not question or criticize Bernie. If you do, you will be accused of being against “thinking big”.

   Because of this faulty interpretation by sanders’ supporters of who sanders really was as a person and as a politician, one of my oldest friends no longer speaks to me. I made the mistake of defending Hillary and telling her that neither Hillary nor the DNC stole the nomination from sanders and that she won by such wide margins that there was no way they could have manipulated the votes in her favor without getting caught. She won fair and square.

   I’m convinced that the sanders supports got all of the information about Hillary directly from the sanders website and those social media sites which were overtly pro sanders. They were living n a vacuum when it came to sanders and blind as a bat when it came to Hillary.

   My friend also claimed that I had voted for an “establishment” candidate to which I replied, sanders is as establishment as they come since he had been in Congress for 30 years as opposed to Hillary’s 7! I also asked why did he immediately walk away from his beloved revolution which they all put their heart and souls into? I said that sanders owed it to his supporters to continue with the “revolution” even though he lost the nomination if it was as important as he claimed it to be. He ran on this rhetoric in order to get their votes and their money. How establishment of him! If he was so committed to a revolution, how could he walk away so easily? I’ve come to the conclusion that there simply is no rationale in how they judged sanders and Hillary during that campaign. It made absolutely NO SENSE. Frankly, I couldn’t stand sanders from the get go and saw right through him! Now, if I had told her that I had voted for trump, that would have been a good reason for her not to speak to me any more!

   It’s Hillary who should be complaining because she was cheated out of the presidency twice. Imagine if it had been sanders who lost against trump but won the popular vote by 3 million! He would never have conceded and the media would have supported such an action. HOW IN YOUR FACE DOES THE DOUBLE STANDARD HAVE TO GET BEFORE ANY OF THESE PEOPLE RECOGNIZE WHO IS REALLY GETTING SCREWED HERE? Without the double standard, she would be our president and anyone who is the least bit intellectually honest knows it.

   You misguided, ignorant, crooked, liberal, slut, now I hear you’re blaming Bernie Sanders for your loss. When are you going to face the facts, the only person responsible was YOU. You thought the White House was your’s for the taking, well you were WRONG. If anybody can claim that a candidate hurt their chance of winning, it is Bernie. Or did you forget the collusion you and your DNC Chair did to undermine Bernie’s campaigne. I was glad to hear that Trump got under your skin. Do the United States of America a big favor and just fade away. All you’re doing now is killing your party. Take it from a lifelong Republican, “if you stay in the forefront, your party will continue to loose”. Even people in your party wish you would just GO AWAY. Your a HAS BEEN, more accurately, a never was! Take it from someone on the outside looking in.

   Just read a review of your new book. I agree totally that your gender has EVERYTHING to do with “what happened”. And your generation as well. I have that image of you standing alone in your long coat addressing that group of men and informing them you weren’t gonna sit around baking cookies. You were a feminist hero who was a clear forerunner of women’s rights. You still are. I’m not a whole lot younger then you, and there was a time I might have weathered on as you did, to try and save face by doing the right thing. Not any more. These days I am not going to let any male do their numbers on me. Not one more micro or macro insult. Not one!!! I wholeheartedly wish you’d have told him to back the fuck off. Regardless of the consequences. Frankly, it’s the only way to deal with men like mr-ass-hole-mouth (and there is an endless supply of them it seems). Susan B. Anthony is roiling in her grave.
   A disclaimer: I am a private person so doing this is a stretch. I don’t want to be hussled hereafter with solicitous emails from your various orgz. Believe I am with you all the way in heart and spirit, but I don’t donate and I don’t engage in activism — except for marches, and simply not taking crap from any male who does not seem to get that women should be respected as their equals. Thank you for all you do!!!
   You are a hero Hillary and nothing can change that fact.
