And Trump did what he typically does – what dictators do. He tried to transform the story into something pro-him.
Beautiful weather all over our great country, a perfect day for all Women to March. Get out there now to celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation that has taken place over the last 12 months. Lowest female unemployment in 18 years!

You are not the hero of this movement, you liar! SHE is.
THEY are!
Here is what SHE said!
In 2017, the Women’s March was a beacon of hope and defiance. In 2018, it is a testament to the power and resilience of women everywhere. Let’s show that same power in the voting booth this year. #PowerToThePolls

The Handmaids in Palm Beach also marched to Mar-A-Lago.
On AM Joy just now Jennifer Rubin credited Hillary with inspiring this movement. I’m old enough to remember when Jennifer Rubin dragged HRC mercilessly in her WaPo column. It was when Hillary was SOS!

Neo-cons like Rubin, Max Boot, and David Frum are scurrying back to their more liberal roots because of Donald Trump. But they ought to be able to see that Trump is just the logical conclusion of where the conservative movement and the Republican party have been heading for decades.

I realize this movement is more than just about Hillary, but somewhere, she has got to be feeling pretty good that she has, indeed, inspired all of this, even though it is as a consequence of her defeat. Maybe the country has gained something inspirational from the woman the press said was just the opposite. Having an immoral, sociopath for president doesn’t hurt the cause, either. Look what he’s inspired! I’m tired of what the Trump voter thinks – I already know. I want to hear more on what these women think. If only the media would give them equal coverage. I still am so proud to have cast my vote for Hillary Clinton. She would have made a great president and I have a place in my heart for her.

suzie2,
If Hillary had not perservered and ran for president both in 2008 and 2016, I don’t believe that the magnitude of the women and men who showed up at the march in 2017 and 2018 would have been so pervasive all of other country. The way she was treated by the press, the sanders bros and sanders himself, the repugs and misguided women who thought trump was the better choice literally lit a match under the passivity which has prevailed for too long from women. She showed us what it means to get knocked down and keep getting up. She is the champion of the women’s march as much as Martin Luther King was the of the marches for civil rights for African-Americans in the 1950 and 60’s.
Can’t start a fire without a spark and Hillary clearly was the and is the spark that lit of the women of this country.
