Stupid media hot takes aside, what happened last night was a YUGE victory for Democrats and the American people. There is still a lot left to do, but we’re in the game now.
I am so proud of my native state, Michigan, after being furious with them for more than 2 years, and my adopted home state, Minnesota. No one had better tell me that having all my representatives in DC, two Senators and one member of congress, be female Democrats is not a big, effing deal. Special shout out to my new congresswoman, Angie Craig. We did it!

We may lose his congressional seat, MN01, but Tim Walz is a great guy and will be an awesome governor. Thank you, Mark Dayton, for ending your term with a 57% approval rating and making this all possible.
