Hillary Clinton had another one of those private meetings with President Obama on Monday, though aides said it was more personal than professional.

“They discussed a wide array of topics, but this was mostly a social occasion,” White House spokesman Josh Earnest said in announcing the meeting that was not on the president’s public schedule.

  1. An hour and a half is a long time out of POTUS’ schedule. I think with Biden out of the picture, there is probably active discussion of the timing of an endorsement. If Hillary wins Iowa caucuses, that might be a good time for POTUS to step up.

In an earlier post, I mentioned the possibility of Elizabeth Warren endorsing. There is only one reason I or anyone should care about her endorsement: If and when Warren endorses Hillary, the primaries are OVER. That’s why it would be a BFD. We don’t care what EW thinks or does. There are Democrats and Indies who do. Just sayin’.

Her fan club is useful. They are unreliable but this time might pony up and register and vote and Dems. If EW and BS give full throat to HRC 2016 – once they are done with their vanity projects – It will help us and downtickets as well.

They just need to repeat their soapbox arm waving they did against TPP but this time do it for HRC.

Neither have a history with helping the actual Democratic Party. Perhaps they will both do so now. Not holding my breath.
